LeLi's Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 medium Apple (core removed)1 cup Strawberries (fresh)1 cup Blueberries (fresh)1/2 Orange (seeded and peeled)1 T Flax Seed1 T Honey1 T Barlean's Omega Swirl Oil (or any Omega-3 oil)1 cup Water1 cup Ice1 stalk Kale (optional)
Directions
Core apple (leave skin on for additional fiber)
Wash and measure strawberries and blueberries (okay to keep strawberry greens if greens are not wilted--is som remove greens)
Peel 1/2 orange

In high speed blender:
Add berries, orange, and apple (in that order)
Add other ingredients
Blend until desired texture is obtained

Serving Size: Makes 3 8 ounce servings
