1 pound pizza dough (we buy it bagged at store or make fresh)1/4 cup marinara / spagetti sauce1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped muchrooms1/2 cup sliced eggplant6 large stuffed green olives (mine were habanero stuffed!)1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup shredded mexican cheese (pepper jack)1/2 cup feta cheese
Pre-heat oven to 500. Spread dough on pizza stone, cover with sauce and top with veggies, cheese and feta. Cook 20-25 minutes until crust is crisp and cheese is melted and golden. Makes 8 large slices.
