Chicken vegie soup/ or vegie soup w/o chicken

Ingredients
2lb. of chicken2 chicken bullion cubes12 cups of water1tbsp. parsley1/2 tbsp. tyme or rosemarysalt and pepper to tastesmall head of cabbage1/2 head of cauliflower1 summer squash1 yellow onion3 carrots4 med. stalks of celery
Directions
Put water, bullion cubes, spices and vegies (chopped to bite size pieces) in a large pot to boil, add chicken(chopped in bite size pieces) let simmer for 20-30 min. and all chicken is cook through. and serve. 1-cup serving.
