Lamb Vindaloo

Ingredients
1 cup lamb, diced1 1/2 cup potato, diced (1/4 inch)2 cups cabbage1 container of Maya Kaimal Indian Sauce Vindaloo
Directions
Saute lamb in pot. Add potato and saute until tender crisp. Add Vindaloo Sauce, 1/3 container of water, and cabbage. Cook until lamb and potato are at desired doneness. Add additional water as needed. Serve over rice.
