Ingredients
Directions
1/2 cup Honeyville Almond flour1/3 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning1 tsp Kraft grated parmesan cheese14 grams Kraft italian blend shredded cheese14 grams Borden Cheddar melt sredded cheese1 tsp water (or just enough to combine into a dry ball)herb seasoning (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients then add all the cheese. slowly drip water into mixture until it begins to form a dough and remove from bowl. Roll dough into flat sheet between parchment paper. Using a pizza cutter slice the sheet of dough into 60 squares.
Here's the tricky part I invented. Without lifting the parchment paper slowly slide the parchment paper with the dough onto a cookie sheet, ensuring it glides over the rim and allow the cuts to pucker open. Stab each square with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 min until edges brown. Turn off heat and open oven for a min then close. Let crackers sit in the warm oven for 10 more min so the entire sheet is browns evenly. Remove and begin breaking apart crackers. The middle always comes out soft for me so breaking it apart and returning it into the oven for 15 more min in a warm oven evenly crisps the crackers. Serve with cream cheese or hummus.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings (approximately 15 crackers
