10 raw carrots 2 tablespoons of Cinnamon 1 cup almond breeze milk2 tablespoon brown sugar in the raw
Directions
Cinnamon
Wash in scrap clean carrots
Chop carrots into 3
Add carrots chunks into blander
Add cinnamon, sugar and milk
Bland into smooth add to 4 plastic container for 4 days of breakfast
