Banana Choc Chip Cupcakes

1 1/2 Cup flour2/3 Cup Sugar1 teas baking soda1/4 teas cinnamon1/8 teas salt1 egg1 1/3 cup mashed over-ripe bananas1/3 cup butter, melted1 teas vanilla1/2 cup choc chips
Preheat oven to 375*
Mix dry ingredients. Mash bananas, whisk in egg, melted butter and vanilla. Add to flour mixture;
stir until moistened. Fold in choc chips. Fill paper-
lined cupcake pan 3/4 full. Bake 17 - 20 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan. Best warm.
