Egg and spinach wrap

Ingredients
2 small eggs50g of frozen spinach defrosted and squeezed of all liquidsalt and pepper to tasteFrylight for the pan
Directions
Squeeze the spinach til no water comes and chop if not already chopped. Mix with the eggs and add salt to taste. Spray the pan with frylight and tip into an 8inch frying pan. It will be very thin but this is a wrap, not an omelette! Cook on one side til golden and flip. Cook flipside until golden. Allow to cool and fill as you would a normal wrap.
