Baby Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 bag of baby spinach4 hard boiled eggs, cut up1/4 - 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer turkey bacon piecesDressing:2/3 cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise2 tbsp white vinegar2 tbsp sugar (or splenda)*Optional: Halved grape tomatoes
Directions
Boil eggs, peel and cut into small pieces. Place baby spinach in a large bowl. Sprinkle the turkey bacon pieces on top and then the cut up eggs

Mix together 2/3 cup light mayo, 2 tbsps of sugar or Splenda equivalent and 2 tbsps of white vinegar. Mix together well and pour over spinach. Toss to coat and serve.

*Optional - halved grape tomatoes
