1 cup of buttermilk, lowfat1 slice of high fiber bread or bread of your choice1 to 2 eggs1 cup of strawberries or 1 cup of blue berriesvanilla extract 2 tsps of splenda
Blend the bread, eggs, buttermilk, splenda, and vanilla extract in blend.
Pour into a large bowl. add fruit. bake on 350 for 1 hour.
