Ingredients
1 pound Italian Turkey Sausage1 pound 96% Lean Ground Beef1 large Onion, chopped1 can (28oz) Petitie Cut Tomatoes, undrained1 can (6oz) Tomato Paste2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon Chili Powder2 teaspoon Garlic, minced1/4 teaspoon Red Cayenne Pepper10 cups Green Gabbage, shredded
Directions
In a large pot, brown turkey sausage, beef, and onion. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage; mix well. Stir in cabbage and simmer 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Makes 8 generous servings.

    Adjusted the receipe a bit to more fit our taste but it was really good. Will definately make it again.. may even play around with different ingredients like potatoes or carrots.... - 7/16/09
