about 30 leaves fresh basil1/2 C baby spinach1 clove garlic - peeled2 T whole flax seeds1/4 C roasted pistachios in shell (remove from shell)1-1.5 T olive oil
1. process flax seeds in coffee grinder, processor or with morter and pestle.
2. process flax, nuts, spinach, basil & garlic until ground
3. add 1T oil and additional .5T if needed to blend
Serving Size: makes 2 servings for pasta or 6 servings for a wrap/sandwich
