1 large Red Ripe Tomato, diced1 large Cucumber, peeled, chopped1 small Onion, diced or 1/2 cup3 T Olive Oil3 T Apple Cider Vinegar1 t salt1 t pepper5 sprigs of fresh Dill Weed or 2 t dried Dill Weed
Directions
Combine all ingredients into serving bowl and mix.
