Mediterannean Summer Soup

Ingredients
1 15 oz. can Chickpeas1 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes1/2 cup chopped onions1 sm. zucchini chopped1 sm. summer squash chopped14 oz. vegetable broth1 cup water1 tbsp. oregano1/4 tsp red pepper flakessalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee the onions, zucchini, and squash in a large saucepan. Once the veggies are soft add the water oregano, and red pepper flakes, cook for 3 minutes. Then add the chickpeas, tomatoes, and broth and finish cooking on low until soup is heated through.
