Mexican Corn Salad

Ingredients
1 16oz. package frozen corn, thawed1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup finely chopped red onion1/4 cup fresh lime juice2 Tbsp minced seede jalapeno (about 1 large)1 Tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp black pepper2 garlic cloves, minced or 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Cover and chill 8-24 hours. Stir well before serving.
