Turky Vegetable Chili

Ingredients
1 lb. Perdue Lean Ground Turkey1 cup Green Pepper (chopped)1 cup onion (chopped)1 cup celery (chopped)1 cup mushrooms (chopped)1 cup carrots (chopped)1 can cut green beans (drained)1 can yellow corn (drained)1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes (Chili Style)3 14.5 oz cans of tomato sauce2 tbsp Chili powder1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat. Combine Peppers, onions, carrots, and mushrooms. Cook until tender (5 min). Move vegetables to a large pot.

Brown turkey and drain. Add turkey to pot with vegetables.

Add the remaining ingredients to pot. Cook on low for approzimately 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Make 8 2 cup servings.
