mushroom stir-fry pita stuffer

Ingredients
3 ounces - baby portabella mushrooms, chopped1/4 cup - white onions, chopped1 medium - tomato, chopped1/2 cup - green peppers, chopped1 medium - carrot, chopped into very small pieces.seasoning:1 tsp - red pepper flakes1 TBSP - soy sauce1 tsp - smoked paprikasalt and pepper to taste
Directions
without using oil:
1) add all ingredients, except seasonings, to a non-stick pan.
2) Add just a little bit of water (barely until pan in 1/8th covered), and stir for about 5 min.
3) Add in soy sauce, then the pepper flakes and paprika.
4) stir 5 more minutes - keep adding a minute amount of water as needed. keep an eye on it - it will evaporate QUICKLY
5) at the end, taste and appropriately season with ground pepper/salt.

Serving Size: makes one serving as a pita stuffer
