Tortellini ala Shan

Ingredients
1/2 t pepper1/2 t basil1 t oregano1/2 t thyme1//2 t rosemary1 T olive oil1 c chopped bell pepper1 c chopped onion1 jar Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauc1 bag Hill Country Fair Tortellini1/2 c nonfat milk1/3 c light grated parmesan cheese1/4 c chopped sundried tomatoes
Directions
Saute onions, garlic, bell pepper, sundried tomatoes, and spices in the olive oil. Once the onions are clear, add the milk and jar of Ragu sauce to the veggies. Stir in parmesan cheese, and reduce heat. While doing this, put the bag of frozen tortellini into boiling water. Once the tortellini is cooked, drain and put back into pot. Combine the sauce and tortellini noodles. Serve with a tossed salad.
