Nancy's Spicy Salad

Ingredients
3 cups spring mix greens20 seedless grapes 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes1/4 cup sliced baby carrots (I used 1 purple and 1 white)1/2 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms1 scallion (or green onion) 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard3 tablespoons cider vinegar1 tablespoon grapeseed oil freshed cracked black pepper to tasteground paprika
Directions
Add greens, veggies and grapes to your bowl.
In another bowl, whisk the mustard, oil, vinegar, pepper and paprika.
Pour dressing mix over salad and enjoy.
