Turkey Hemp Tortilla Roll Ups

Ingredients
1 French Meadow hemp tortilla26 grams hummus4 oz deli turkey (I used Thumann's)50 grams tomato, sliced thin28 grams arugula
Directions
This was lunch today, so measurements are specific for my recipe. Spread hummus on tortilla and layer remaining ingredients and roll up. Divide in half and share with your kid :). Or use as an appetizer by cutting in several pieces on the diagonal.

You could also add sliced cheese.
