JV Chile Relleno Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds ground beef, lean1/2 C. chopped white OnionS&P2 4oz cans chopped Green Chiles1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar cheese4 beaten eggs1 1/2 C. Milk or 1/2 and 1/21/4 C. Flour or Almond flourDash of Tabasco
Directions
Brown ground beef with onions, S&P, Mix green chiles into cooked beef. Place in sprayed 9X13. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Mix beaten eggs, milk (cream) and flour until smooth. Add hot sauce if desired. Pour over meat and Cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 uncovered for 45-50 minutes. Let cool 5 min, cut and serve.
