2 cups boil hot water2 cups crushed ice and juice1 large pkg sugar free gelatin1 can pineapple in juice3 apples peeled, cored and diced1 cup diced celery1/3 cup or sweetened, dried cranberries
Directions
Serves 8. Prepare gelatin per package instructions. Stir in fruit and celery. Chill.

    LOVED IT!! I added chopped walnuts to this and used fresh cranberries instead of the dried sweetened ones as I can't tolerate sugar.It added some tartness to it. - 2/14/11
