Super Chocolate Cake and Icing

Ingredients
2 cups sugar1/3 cup butter2 eggs, beaten1 cup cocoa + boiling water to = 2 cups1 tsp baking soda1 cup boiling water2 cups all-purpose flour2 tsp baking powder
Directions
!. Cream together sugar & butter.
2. Add egg and chocolate liquid.
3. Mix soda with 2nd boiling water and add to chocolate mixture alternating with flour & baking powder.
4. Pour into 13 x 9" baking pan.
5. Bake @ 350ºF for 25-30 min.

Icing
1 ½ cups icing sugar
½ cup butter
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp milk if needed to thin out.
