3 eggs, separated3 oz fat free cream cheese3/8 tsp of cream of tartar
Separate eggs
Beat whites plus cream of tartar until still peaks form
Separately, mix yolks and cream cheese
Once whites have peaked, gently fold in the yolk mixture being careful not to beat the air from the whites
Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet (recommend lining with parchment and spraying parchment) to form about 8 rounds. Use multiple spoonfuls to build up or out
Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until tops are fully browned
