Ingredients
1 Cup Chocolate Chips1 1/2 Cup Fiber One Cereal2 Teaspoons reduced fat peanut butter
Directions
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until melted (about 2 minutes) stirring occasionally. Add the 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, mix well. Next, pour chocolate mixture over the Fiber One, mix well. Scoop out using a tablespoon and put on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate 1/2 hour to set. Makes 12-14. Freezes well.
