Delicious Vegan Whole-Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup soy milk- vanilla flavor, or almond milknon-stick cooking spray, like PAM (optional)
Directions
1) Whisk all ingredients together
2) Heat up pan & spray with PAM
3) pour 1/4 of batter onto pan. Flip over after bubbles appear (around 2 minutes). Remove the pancake from heat after another minute or so.

4) repeat process until all pancakes are cooked


Serving Size: 2 pancakes = 1 serving. Makes four pancakes
