Almond Butter Cookies Gluten Free!

Ingredients
1 egg1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup almond butter3/4 cup brown sugar1/8 cup (2 tbsp) brown rice flour
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
2) Mix the almond butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and brown rice flour until well combined.
3) Scoop about 1 and a half tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten the dough.
4) Bake the cookies for 10 minutes or until golden.

Serving Size: makes 15 1 1/2 tbsp cookies
