Basic Melon Sorbet

Ingredients
Melon, 42 oz (1176 grams)Granulated Sugar, 2 cup Vodka, 1 fl ozLime Juice, 2 lime yield
Directions
Puree the melon then add the rest of the ingredients. You can run this through a sieve if you like, but the pulp gives you some added fiber.

After running this through the ice cream maker, you will need to freeze this an additional 3 hours to get it to serving consistency.
