This is a single serving, you can add more or less. The secret is to freeze your sliced banana, single serving bags, to be ready to create the best texture and smoothie consistency so you do not have to add any other liquid other then the almond milk. 1 banana (frozen)4-5 small frozen strawberries or fresh2 handfuls of fresh blueberries/ or frozen a bit of kale a bit of spinachapprox. 1/4 cup of almond milk.
This is placed in a single serving ninja blender.
