Instructions for Fudgy Brownie Mix

Ingredients
1 batch Fudgy Brownie Mix in a Jar1 egg1/3 cup oil¼ cup brewed coffee or water
Heat the oven to 350° F and grease the bottom of a 9” square pan.
Combine the brownie mix, egg, oil and coffee in a bowl with a spoon or spatula until just blended (about 50-60 strokes). Do not use electric beaters!
Spread in the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out slightly sticky (if in doubt, underbaking is better for the fudginess).
Cool completely in the pan (ideally chill overnight) before cutting.
Serving Size: Makes one 9" pan, 12 squares
