Ingredients
Directions
4 Chicken Breasts1 Pack Reduced Sodium Taco Seasonings1 Cup Salsa1 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
Spray your crockpot with Pam. Add thawed chicken. Pour taco seasonings over the chicken. Add 1 cup of Salsa (I often add a little more, just to have extra sauce at the end). Cook in crockpot for 6 - 8 hours.
When chicken is cooked, before serving, add 1 cup of Fat Free Sour Cream to the mixture. Stir and let the sour cream heat up.
Enjoy!
(Over cooking makes the chicken tender and just fall apart. I have been temped to over cook it on purpose then add a can of mexi-corn and serve it as a stew.)
