Dad's Awesome Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 pkg. Smithfield boneless cooked pork chops (4-5 chops) (I always cut the edges off)2 cloves of garlic minced1 cup chopped onion1 cup brown rice2 tbsp. I can't believe it's not butter1 tsp. seasalt1 tsp. pepper
Directions
Cook rice as directed. Cut pork chops into 1 x 1 squares. While rice is cooking mince garlic and chop onions. Melt 2 tbsp. butter in frying pan. Saute onions and garlic in butter. Add pork chops to sauted onions and garlic and cook until hot. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add rice and mix together.
