Ingredients
Groundbeef (this recipe uses 16grams of fat per 100 grams of meat) 500 gramsShallots 41 GramsRed pepper chopped (1 cup)Flat Parsley 100 gramsGarlic 10 gramsI did not use salt please feel free to use to taste
Directions
Warm the over to 200 celsius degrees
Chop all ingredients and mix with the ground beef.
I used a rectangular cooking dish which I sprayed with baking spray.
Lay the beef and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
The recipe yields 6 potions and enjoy
