Vegan Stuffed Mushrooms / Grilled

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large Tofu, extra firm, 0.25 block Bread stuffing, cornbread, dry mix, 1 ozJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper*Rice Vegan Cheese, 1 serving Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Chop onion, jalapeno, garlic put in mixing bowl. Drain Tofu, then crumple into mixing bowl. Add hot water to dry bread stuffing to make moist, then mix in bowl.

Stuff mushrooms, top with vegan cheese. Wrap loosely in foil an place on BBQ - BBQ for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are cooked. Eat -
