Easy Chick Pea Carrot Burgers

Ingredients
15 oz can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed2 carrots, grated1 Tbsp chia seeds mixed with 3 Tbsp warm water for 5 minutes (or use an egg)2 Tbsp bread crumbs, flour or oats1/2 tsp lemon juiceTbsp chives, chopped1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp coriandersalt and pepper1/2 Tbsp tahini (opt)1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (opt)
Directions
Put all ingredients in bowl and puree with an immersion blender.
Form into 5 patties.
Fry in greased pan for 5 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
Serve!
