Broccoli Craisin Salad

Ingredients
2 cups chopped broccoli1/2 cup chopped scallions1/2 craisins1/2 chopped tomato1 tbsp. olive oil6 tbsp. balsamic vinegar2 tsp. sugar1 cup crushed ramen noodles
Directions
Combine oil, vinegar and sugar. Whisk briefly and set aside. Combine vegetables and craisins. Toss with oil/vinegar mixture. Just before serving, quickly toss in crushed ramen noodles. Enjoy!
