Cucumber and Bell Pepper Salad

Cucumber, Red Bell Pepper, Yellow Bell Pepper, Feta Cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Italian Seasoning.
Dice the Cucumber, Red and Yellow Bell Peppers (you can also use orange) and place then in a bowl. Add in the feta cheese (shredded parmesean works too), the olive oil and the italian seasoning (1-2 tablespoons). (You can use about a 1/4 cup of italian salad dressing in lieu of the olive oil and italian seasoning). Toss together. Makes 3-4 half-cup servings.
