Rachel's Pepper Stuffing

Ingredients
*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp (remove)*Lipton Noodle Chicken Noodle Soup Mix, 21 gram(s) (remove)Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 2.5 cup (remove)Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (remove)
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in the oil. When the onions are clear, add milk and soup mix and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring fairly often.

Drain the tuna and mix it into the pot.

Serve over toast. (Toast not included in nutrition info)
