Fresh Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup of Softened Butter3/4 cup of Granulated Sugar1 Lg Egg2 Cups of All Purpose White Flour2 tsp of Baking Powder1/2 tsp of Salt1/2 cup of Milk1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract1 1/2 cups of Fresh Chopped Strawberries3 tsp of Granulated Sugar1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 deg.

Cream 1/2 cup of Softened Butter and 3/4 cup of Granulated Sugar then add 1 Lg Egg then mix well

Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

Add flour mixture and milk alternately to the butter mixture

Add vanilla and then gently stir in the strawberries

Spoon batter into muffin pan

Mix 3 tsp of Granulated Sugar and 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon together and sprinkle over the tops of the muffins.

Bake for 20-25 minutes

Makes 12 muffins
