2 C Almond Flour1 tsp Baking Powder1/8 tsp sea salt4 eggs1/2 C. melted butter1/3 C. honey1/4 C. water1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 1 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
Mix together almond flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Add eggs, melted butter, honey, water, and vanilla and whisk until smooth. Spoon batter into 15 paper-lined muffin cups. Bake in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
