Julie´s Easy, Yummy Apple Dumplings

2 medium Granny Smith apples2 cans reduced fat crescent rolls1 stick of butter1c Splenda1T Vanilla extract8oz (approx) Diet Mt. DewCinnamon to sprinkle
Preheat oven to 350°, spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Cut each apple into 8 wedges, wrap each wedge in a crescent roll and place each roll in prepared pan. In a bowl in the microwave, melt butter, sugar & vanilla together. Mix well. Pour the butter & sugar mixture over all the dumplings then pour Mt Dew over all (until liquid is about halfway up the sides of the dumplings). Sprinkle consumin cinnamon over all the dumplings. Bake @ 350° for about 30 minutes or until golden & juices are bubbling.
