Kangaroo Mince Creamy Casserole - Dream Pot

500g kangaroo mince400g can 4 bean mix, no added salt , rinsed and drained1 onion, diced2 tsp olive oil2 med carrots, diced2 sticks celery, diced1 med capsicum, deseeded and diced500g button mushrooms, sliced440g can crushed tomatoes + 1/3 tin water1 tsp dried Italian herb mixture200g pkt cream cheese, 80% less fat1 Tbs cornflour mixed to paste with 3 Tbs water
Saute onion, carrot, capsicum, celery and meat in pan until meat is broken up and browned.
Add to inside container of Dream pot
Add drained beans, mushrooms, herbs, can tomatoes and 1/3 tin water
Stir, cover with lid and bring to boil and boil gently for 10 min
Put inner pan into outer Dream Pot container, close lid and leave for min 3 hrs
Stir cream cheese into mixture with cornflour mixture. Bring inner pot back to boil, stirring , until thickened
Serve with steamed green vegetables and sweet potato mash
