Potato Salad, Newstart

Ingredients
1 quart cooked, chopped potatoes3/4 c. tofu mayonnaise8 radishes, sliced1/2 c. celery, diced1/4 c. green onions, sliced thinly1/2 c. olives, slicedminced dill weed to tastesalt and pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate a few hours before serving. Sprinkle with parsley and/or paprika before serving. Very nice!
