Warm spaghetti squash salad

Ingredients
6 cups spaghetti squash1 large red tomato1 orange heirloom tomato1 onion4 cloves garlic 1 yellow bell pepper1 red bell pepper 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Cut a spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Fill the cavity with water, put the top half back on the squash, place the whole squash in a microwave safe dish, and microwave for 15 minutes.

Roughly chop all remaining ingrediants except oil. Place in a large bowl. Pour oil over chopped vegetables and stir to coat. Add salt and pepper.

Scoop the warm spaghetti squash onto the vegetable mixture. Toss together.

Serving Size: 4 giant servings - not "measured," I just split it into four "evenish" heaps
