Carrot Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. carrots, grated in a food processor1/2 c. raisins1 can crushed pineappleenough whipping cream to wet it all, a pint at the most
Directions
Run the cleaned carrots through a food processor to grate. Drain the juice off the pineapple. Combine pineapple, carrots, and raisins in a bowl. Stir in whipping cream until everything is evenly coated. Cover and put in fridge for several hours to chill and combine.
