Ground beef 3lbsOne can crushed tomatoes One can chilli beansOne or two packets dry ranchtwo packets taco seasoninggarlic powered to taste Dried onion flakes to tasteTop with cheese and sour cream if your trying for really high fat!
Place all ingredients in a pot I love cast iron dutch ovens!! Buy One if you can everything taste better! Cook on low-med for about an hour!
