Mediterranean lamb chops

Ingredients
1 lb lamb chop4 tbsp dry sherry2 tbsp roasting spices1/4 cup chopped bell pepperSauce1.5 tsp cornstarch1 cup water
Directions
add Sherry spices peppers to a large skillet and heat.
Add lamb and cook until done, remove lamb.
Combine corstarch and water, add to used pan and stir until thickened.
Serve sauce over lamb chops

Serves 2
Great with risotto
