baked Sweet Potato Curry

Ingredients
2 Sweet potatoes rough chopped1/4 of a large Onion rough chopped 3 cloves garlic mincedcumin cinnamon ground cloveschili powder to taste salt if needed 2 tsp. brown sugar Tamari or Soy Sauce2 tsp. Olive Oil
Directions
rough chop sweet potato and onion. Combine all ingredients in a baking disk add enough water to cover it. Bake at 400 for 45 min -1 hour
