Hot Quinoa Breakfast with Fruit

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa2 cups water1/2 cup thinly sliced apple1/4 cup raisins1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1 - Rinse the quinoa in water using a strainer, as you would with rice.
2 - Add the quinoa to the water in a medium saucepan. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat and gently simmer for 5 minutes.
3 - Add apples, raisins and cinnamon. Simmer until the water is completely absorbed.
4 - serve with 1 tablespoon of honey.
