Pina Colada Smoothie

Ingredients
Milk, nonfat, 0.25 cupPineapple Juice, 1 cupCoconut Milk, 0.33 cupeas 100% whey protein, 1 serving frozen pineapple, no added sugar, 1 serving
Directions
Mix all ingredients into blender until smooth. Add ice if you like a thicker drink.this is great post workout;) Enjoy!!!

Oh I use vanilla whey protein;)
